Consulates of Honduras in Texas

The Honduran nationals residing in Texas have three physical consulates strategically located in Irving, McAllen, and Houston. These sites have been established to offer a variety of services, from passport issuance to document certification and legal advice.

Despite the presence of these consulates, we understand that there is no physical coverage for some major cities within the state, such as Austin, Denver, El Paso, Arkansas, Laredo, Oklahoma, San Antonio, Little Rock, among others. However, this does not mean that our compatriots in these areas do not have access to our services.

To address this issue, the Government of Honduras has implemented an innovative and effective solution: mobile consulates. These are teams that regularly travel to the mentioned cities, providing the same services as a physical consulate.

Additionally, in urgent cases, the consulate can provide advice and assistance over the phone or via virtual appointments. This way, we ensure that all Hondurans residing in Texas have access to consular services when they need them.
